[Updated] 2 minute outage (31/08/12 - 16:13)

Update from our network provider:

"The cause was an incorrect network configuration change applied by a contractor of ours, which was immediately reversed.
My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and please be reassured this has been raised at the highest level."

We just experienced a 2 minute outage with our network providers. If you were on a call it would have been dropped. We're extremely sorry for this and will keep you updated with more info as to what happened.

All calls are back up as is our Hosted VoIP.
