New Scheduled Maintenance (19/01/12): Inbound VoIP capacity increases

We’ve now doubled our VoIP capacity with BT wholesale and brought on a new location with them. Currently inbound and outbound calls go through BT wholesale in Reading and our other 3 carriers at different locations. We’ve now added Manchester to this which means we have another site for resilience. That’s London, Reading, Manchester and Edinburgh.

There is a change needed to allow this new location to work which will go live at 08:00 this Thursday (19th Jan) and will not result in any downtime. If you have any concerns or questions before or after this goes live please contact us.
