Network outage - Thursday 18th July 2013 at 10:34 until 10:46 (12 mins)

Dear all,

We suffered a network outage with our network provider between 10:34 and 10:46 (12 mins). All services are now back to normal. We are currently working with them to determine what caused this. Once we have more information we will post an update and mark this resolved.

If you are a SureVoIP Hosted customer you may need to reboot your phones.
