2014.04.29 15:00 - Brief service interruption

At approximately 14:02 today our monitoring alerted us to an issue with our core call routing cluster.

 

This may have prevented incoming and outgoing calls for a couple of minutes. Any ongoing calls were not affected. The core call routing cluster is now working as normal and we are investigating the root cause to ensure this does not happen again.
