Billing Administrator

A part time opportunity has arisen within the SureVoIP billing team for a Billing Administrator.

The role will include but will not be limited to:

• Answering customer and supplier billing enquiries from our website contact form, via our website chat tool, email and telephone   
• Review of new customer supply and changes to existing customer supply using our internal ticket system, then prepare and issue invoices using our web based accounts system called KashFlow   
• Heavy email usage    
• Reconcile payments and bank accounts
• Liaise with key suppliers/ customers    
• Data entry into KashFlow    
• Working closely with our Sales and Provisioning team    
• Credit Control and chasing late payments

Working hours:

Set hours of Mon-Fri, 9.30am - 1.30pm

Experience:

2+ years in a similar role.

You will have worked in a customer-facing role and have a working knowledge of a billing environment. You will have worked in a billing and accounts role reconciling payments, producing invoices and chasing late payers. 

You will have an enthusiastic approach to the role and you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise a busy workload, problem solve, draft professional emails, have extreme attention to detail and liaise closely with those in the internal sales, billing and support teams to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Salary:   Dependant on experience

Location: Aberdeen based office for initial training, thereafter the role can be remote or office based.
