BT wholesale are rationalising their IP Exchange equipment and have asked Suretec to migrate onto a new set of SBCs. The migration of inbound VoIP customer numbers should be transparent with no loss of active calls and is due to start and be completed on Thursday 22nd September.

After two weeks of testing our own main number (01224 900123) on the BT Wholesale new IP Exchange equipment, we were happy to approve the move to migrate all inbound SureVoIP customer numbers over.

Just a quick note to all to say if you have any one-way audio issues, SIP or VoIP stability issues with these routers then
downgrade to firmware 3.3.3 and all issues disappear.
