This appeared to be an isolated case between one of our partners, their customers and routing to each others network.

Dear all,
Some customers have reported inbound calls failing every so often this morning and one-way audio.
We are investigating with all suppliers.
Once we have an update we will post here.

BT wholesale are rationalising their IP Exchange equipment and have asked Suretec to migrate onto a new set of SBCs. The migration of inbound VoIP customer numbers should be transparent with no loss of active calls and is due to start and be completed on Thursday 22nd September.
After two weeks of testing our own main number (01224 900123) on the BT Wholesale new IP Exchange equipment, we were happy to approve the move to migrate all inbound SureVoIP customer numbers over.
